The purpose of Young Boskalis is to connect young professionals with one another. Every year Young Boskalis organizes various activities, such as a visit to a project or vessel in the Netherlands, a lecture on one of our prestigious projects, networking get-togethers, workshops aimed at personal development, and active events such as our dredging regatta Baggerzeilweekend. The activities always take place in a relaxed and informal setting that is conducive to getting to know each other well and coming up with good ideas. Regardless of whether you are a cost engineer, a marine engineer, an ROV pilot technician or an IT trainee, by participating in the activities organized by Young Boskalis you will expand your network in no time.
