Definitely. You do not need to have graduated at the time of the selection day. However, you will need to have your degree certificate by the time the traineeship program starts.
You have two choices: you can opt for a career in the Netherlands or you can embark on an international career. If you opt for an international career you have to be prepared to travel. You will spend one or two six-month periods abroad and will work the remainder of the time in the Netherlands. The traineeship program consists of three six-month periods. If you opt for a national career you stay in the Netherlands.
No, compared to recent graduates you have too much experience to be considered for the traineeship program.
If you are going to be starting with us as a trainee we will gladly look at the possibilities for bridging any intervening period.
