Make your mark as Marketing & Tender Coordinator for the Business Unit Seabed Intervention. You are responsible for supporting and executing communications and promotional activities, focused on various internal and external target groups, as set out by the commercial team of Seabed Intervention. You work closely aligned with our corporate communications and marketing department of the Offshore Energy division.
Your responsibilities as Marketing & Tender Coordinator Seabed Intervention:
- Responsible for developing & expanding available marketing and (internal) communication materials, such as drafting new and updating existing project sheets, equipment sheets, brochures and presentations in coordination with the commercial team;
- Support pre qualifications for upcoming projects and during tenders. Here you will have a leading role in compiling the pre-qualification deliverables, coordinating and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, and of the right quality, delivery of their input for the pre-qualifications;
- Set u and maintain a database of pre-qualifications for Seabed’s Intervention’s clients;
- Support the Commercial Team to manage all client / procurement system registrations by ensuring Boskalis information in the databases are up to date;
- Responsible for maintaining and regularly (quarterly) updating the Seabed Intervention track record;
- Support in preparation of presentations and seminars;
- Propose and coordinate posts on social media for department achievements and results.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as Marketing & Tender Coordinator Seabed Intervention if you have:
- mbo/hbo degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in a marketing/communications advisory role, preferable in an international b2b setting.
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and copywriting/proofreading skills.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and solid communication skills.

- Your team: As Marketing & Tender Coordinator you will be part of the commercial and tender team of Seabed Intervention. You will report to the manager of the Tender Department within Seabed Intervention. You will work together with the marketing team of dredging and offshore.
- Where you will work: You will work on our campus in Papendrecht. In consultation with your manager 1 or 2 days working from home is an option.
- Fulltime job: The position of Marketing &Tender Coordinator is a parttime job, 24- 40 hours per week but is also open for discussion.
