Make your mark as a decisive and result-oriented fleet controller fleet management who is constantly looking for the story behind the figures. Your responsibilities as Fleet Controller
In the role of fleet controller, you are the sparring partner and the financial conscience for all vessel related projects. Together with the Fleet management team, you control and report on the Offshore Energy’s Anchor Handling Tugs exploited within the business unit Marine Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial control of the asset investments, damage claim files and dry-docking projects; crewing- , maintenance & repair- and overhead costs
- Financial control of the recovery (hire).
- Budgeting and planning: preparation and discussion of actual costs and forecasts with operational managers.
- Facilitation of internal and external financial audits.
- Periodical reporting to Sr. Controller Marine Services Fleet & Business unit management.
You are the Fleet Controller we are looking:
If you have:
- Successfully completed an educational vocational degree (MBO) with financial work experience.
- Preferably several years of experience as a Financial Controller.
- Strong analytical skills, you are goal-oriented and are able to work under pressure.
- An affinity with IT / ERP systems (e.g. MS Excel, Infor LN, Vena, Power BI).
- A good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both in word and in writing.
If you are:
- A team player who works well with colleagues from different (non-financial) disciplines.
- Able to connect and act as a sparring partner for various stakeholders (e.g. technical superintendents, project teams and business unit management).

- Your team: You will be part of out team which exists of approximately 8 professionals. You will report to the senior controller.
- Where you will work: You will be based in the head office in Papendrecht
- Full/part-time job: The position of fleet controller is a full-time (40 hours a week) job.
