In the Netherlands you are entitled to 25 days of annual leave a year and at least five working hours reduction (ATV) days.
You will receive a travel allowance to cover commuting costs. In certain cases you will be eligible for a leased or shared car.
You start accruing pension rights as soon as you start work at Boskalis. Our pension scheme is virtually non-contributory and therefore very attractive.
