How you can make your mark

Make your mark as Offshore People Operations Resource Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen.  The Coordinator (OPO Resource) is responsible for mobilising compliant offshore workers to Boskalis worldwide locations.  This includes but not limited to: travel logistics and visas, offshore people tracking and planning/recruitment support.  Further, you regularly communicate, keeping the offshore workforce updated and informed on crew changes, providing regular updates on timing and travel requirements.

 

Your responsibilities as an Offshore People Operations Resource Coordinator:

  • Real-time core crew maintenance in people system, workforce pre-mobilisation checks and maintenance of work movements in offshore people system.
  • Perform daily payroll check against Vessel POB & Daily Reports;
  • Coordinate travel, logistics and visas for offshore people requests;
  • Responsible for issuing joining instruction to offshore workforce
  • Support offshore recruitment on behalf of offshore employer as directed and interface with Vessel Admin, OCM, Project and Vessel Agent(s);
  • Attend project meetings as required to ensure logistical responsibilities and planning are met for all assigned vessel crew changes;
  • Respond to all offshore workforce queries in line with OPO SLA’s;
  • Be fully conversant with all travel, logistics & visa processes available on BMS
  • Participate in OPO on call rotation;

You can make your mark as a Offshore People Operations Resource Coordinator if you have: 

  • Experience of people logistics.
  • Demonstratable experience in managing mobilization’s of large project teams, preferably in the Diving, Oil & Gas, shipping or Heavy construction industry;
  • Positive & proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage own workload, and work to deadlines, ensuring project requirements are met focused on delivery,
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work using own initiative
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Package.

  • Your team:  you will join an existing team of four OPO Resource Coordinators.  You will report directly to the OPO Resource Manager.
  • Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen. We offer a hybrid working policy.
  • Full/part- time job: The position of OPO Resource Coordinator is full time, 35 hours per week.
