We offer
Make your mark as a junior travel coordinator at our Abu Dhabi branch office. Together with your colleagues, you will coordinate all travel arrangements via air, sea, or land. As a travel coordinator, you need to answer questions about travel policies and processes.
Your responsibilities as a junior travel coordinator are
- Coordinates all travel arrangements. Schedules flights, book hotels and car rentals, ferry and prepares itineraries.
- Travel coordinator ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company’s travel budget.
- Works Independently within the established procedures associated with the specific job function and reports to supervisor.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as junior travel coordinator if you have:
- Requires a Diploma in Travel & tourism, IATA or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Galileo GDS system.
- Requires minimum 5 years international travel agency experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
