In this position you will be responsible for inter alia offshore wind farm tenders and prepare tender reviews. You will be involved in (contract) negotiations with customers, subcontractors and partners. You will be part of the core negotiation team with the Commercial Manager/Director, Tender Manager and in your role you have close contact with our Tax, Treasury, Finance and Insurance departments. That makes you part of the daily business. Smart thinking is key and you know your way within the building, maritime and/or offshore field. Assessing contractual issues are your main focus and you will (amongst others) review and/or draft (sub)contracts, mapping contractual risks, etc.

- Master degree in (Construction) Law;
- Minimum of 8 years work experience in an international (maritime, offshore, building, engineering) environment and experience with offshore energy projects; or
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an International Law firm;
- Near native English a must;
- Knowledge of FIDIC and LOGIC contracts (EPC projects);
- 32-40 hours per week availability based in Papendrecht;
- Willing to travel.
