Make your mark as a Fabricator at Horizon Geosciences! The Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication of Survey related structures and conducting mobilizations and demobilizations in a safe and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities as a Fabricator
- Complete all relevant fabricator requirements for mobilization and demobilization activities in UAE and abroad.
- Supervise mobilization and demobilization activities in the absence of the Supervisor, including hired contractors.
- Ensure all lifting activities are carried out in the safest possible way, including proper documentation.
- Supervise stock of materials and coordinate with Supervisor for purchase requirements.
- Ensure regular housekeeping and HSE of the Hamriyah Yard Facility (Survey Section).
- Carry out regular maintenance is completed of fixed survey equipment onboard Horizon Survey owned vessels
- Responsibility for the completion of Toolbox Talks, Risk Assessment, Permits and Lifting Plans.
- Provide active participation in the form of adherence to and improvement of the Company’s Integrated Management System
We offer
You can make your mark as a Fabricator if you have:
- Certification in Fabricator.
- Certificate in Rigging and Singing.
- At least 5 years Fabricator experience.
- Forklift Operator.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (as per the Horizon Communication Policy).
- Conversant with equipment and software used within the Company

- Your team: You will be part of the Survey Engineering Department.
- Where you will work: You will be working in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
- Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Fabricator is a full-time job.
