Make your mark as a Senior Tender Specialist for Boskalis Subsea Services based in Aberdeen! In this role, you will manage allocated tenders in accordance with the tender process, ensuring a robust technical, commercial and risk assessed solution is delivered aligned with our clients drivers, giving us the highest chance of success.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Tender Specialist:
- Manage multiple allocated tenders at any one time working within a busy commercial environment
- Compiling a complete, competitive and accurate offer within the agreed time frame, tender budget and agreed Boskalis process
- Assisting with negotiating, drafting and closing contracts in accordance with commercial and legal procedures and guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships will clients, suppliers and stakeholders, responding and aligning clarifications in a timely manner
- Supporting the technical team in delivering the best technical and risk assessed solution and determine the cost-price budget, planning and risk analysis
- Supporting in formulating the strategy-to-win
We offer
You can make your mark as a Senior Tender Specialist if you have:
- At least a bachelor's degree, preferably with a Law, Business or Quantity Surveying qualification
- Considerable work experience, preferably within the Subsea IRM, Construction, Decommissioning or Marine industries
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, sound contractual knowledge and analytical skills
- Experience of tendering or project execution including estimating, qualification of contract and commercial documentation, negotiating, cost forecasting and reporting
- Ability to effectively manage own workload, and work within given timescales (both internal and external), ensuring project requirements are met
- The ability to coach and mentor graduates and tender specialists to support their continuous learning and development.

- Your team: you will join an existing team of Tendering professionals. Working as part of the Commercial division, you will report directly to the Tendering Manager.
- Where you will work: Your location will be our office in Aberdeen. We offer a hybrid working policy.
- Full/part- time job: The position Senior Tendering Specialist is full time, 35 hours per week.
