How you can make your mark

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative student who is eager to gain practical experience within our Sustainability team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring ideas for learning and development to life and directly contribute to creating engaging and effective (digital) learning content on a range of sustainability topics. Together with sustainability program managers and divisional sustainability managers, you will investigate and map the learning materials that are already available within the company via digital or other training methods, identify the kinds of additional training that we would like to offer, and determine how we should structure specific content for different target audiences. On behalf of the Sustainability team, you will identify existing gaps in training resources as well as plan, develop and create new learning materials and content, as required. Your curiosity and eagerness to learn will make you a valuable sparring partner for colleagues, and you will actively contribute to improving and innovating our learning solutions.

Your responsibilities as Sustainability Intern

• Collaborate with colleagues from Sustainability, Learning & Development and other departments to translate their knowledge and needs into a concept learning path on sustainability topics.

• Proactively participate in projects within our team related to creating (digital) content. Your qualities and experience You can make a difference as an intern if you bring the following:

• You are enrolled in a vocational, bachelor, or university program, preferably in educational sciences, organizational sciences, or a comparable field focused on (digital) learning methodology and design.

• You have knowledge of instructional design and didactical methodologies.

• You can present complex information clearly and in a structured way.

• You enjoy working with online learning tools and like creating learning content.

• You are creative, curious, and willing to experiment.

• You have a good command of the English language. 

• You have an independent, proactive attitude and work well in a team environment.

• Where you will work: For office-based roles, in consultation with your manager and your team, you work partly at home and partly in the office.

• Full/part-time job: The position of Sustainability Intern is a full-time job (40 hours a week) / part-time (32 -36 hours a week) is optional.
