Beyond renewable energy, Boskalis is dedicated to subsea decommissioning, efficiently clearing the North Sea of outdated oil and gas infrastructure. Additionally, Boskalis supports crucial oil and gas production replacement projects, essential for preventing energy poverty and ensuring energy security. Through these efforts, Boskalis Offshore is committed to fostering a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable world.

  • All our projects involve a tender-, engineering- and execution stage. We aim to give you at least a glance of all these stages, allowing you to build up a good impression of the Boskalis organization over the 12-month program.
  • As a Trainee, you may be involved in transporting and installing (XXL) foundations for wind turbines, installing power cables, as well as the decommissioning of offshore and onshore energy production facilities.
  • You will be located at our office in Papendrecht and will be involved in projects like Revolution Wind (installing windfarms in the USA), Hollandse Westkust Beta (nearshore landing cable) or Fluminense project (mooring installations in Brasil).
  • During the tender phase or project preparation you work at the office, and you may spend longer consecutive periods abroad during project execution.

The Program
During the work assignments there is a lot of room to work on your personal development as you will work with top notch coaches and mentors. The program is packed with personal development courses, safety courses and specific track relevant courses.
