Maartje is making her mark as a Superintendent at Boskalis. With a background in Hydraulic Engineering, she found her passion in the fascinating world of sand and steel. As Maartje puts it, “Every project is like a small new company”. Her work on the Manila International Airport project shows her dedication of being the bridge between what happens outside on the project site and what happens in the office.
